Business Energy Claims
Where a business energy contract carried broker commission that was not properly disclosed, the sums involved can be material. We produce valuation reports that quantify the undisclosed commission and its effect, giving instructing solicitors a clear, evidenced basis for the claim.
IVA Mis-selling
Individual Voluntary Arrangements are not suitable in every circumstance. Where one was unsuitably arranged, our reports assess the arrangement and quantify the resulting loss, supporting solicitors acting on mis-selling claims.
Car Finance Commission
In motor finance agreements, commission arrangements between lenders and brokers were not always made clear to the customer.
